What if presence changed everything?

Dear Reader,

There’s something strangely exhausting about constantly trying to get somewhere else emotionally.

Trying to solve the discomfort.
Trying to understand the experience.
Trying to move through it faster.
Trying to reach the version of ourselves that finally feels at peace.

And underneath all that trying, there can be a subtle refusal to fully be in the experience we are already living. A subtle form of non-acceptance quietly slips into the moment.

It creates a quiet type of resistance that becomes surprisingly expensive.
Energetically.
Emotionally.
Physically.

And it often only becomes noticeable the moment we stop trying to leave the experience and simply accept that it is here. Not as a final destination, but as part of the road that leads where you want to go.

That’s where something shifts.

Not because life suddenly becomes perfect.
But because we stop cutting ourselves off from the reality of it.

This month, in my Commander Program, we opened a space around Presence in a way I hadn’t quite felt before.

Not presence as silence or meditation.
But presence in movement.
Presence in uncertainty.
Presence in the middle of emotions, tension, change, and ordinary life.
Presence even with the things we don't want to experience.

And strangely, what begins to emerge from that space is not heaviness…
but more aliveness.
More connection.
More capacity to feel life moving again.

If you feel called to explore this more personally, I offer Clarity Sessions.

Dear Reader, Understanding a movement while standing within it is almost impossible in its early days. But as it progresses, glimpses of its direction become possible. One of the movements I sense taking place within humanity is a gradual reclaiming of our creative power and authorship. Not the power to control every circumstance or determine exactly how life must unfold, but the power to participate more consciously in what we create, individually and together. As that movement progresses,...

Dear Commander Reader, As I begin sharing Embodied Heart publicly again, I wanted to make sure this invitation reached you personally. After making the difficult decision to postpone it, we took the time to revisit every part of the experience. Embodied Heart is now returning from 30 May to 6 June 2027. It will no longer be presented as a Commander Adventure. Participation will not require previous knowledge of EMC or the Commander Program, allowing us to welcome people from beyond the EMC...

Hi Reader, It’s interesting how quickly time seems to move… and yet how differently it can be experienced. Lately, I’ve found myself relating to it in a new way. I thought that by shifting a few plans this year, I would create more spaciousness. Instead, life reorganized itself—as it always does. And rather than trying to create more space, I found myself exploring something else entirely: What happens when I stop trying to manage time… and start meeting it differently? A simple example—...
