A different relationship with time

Hi Reader,

It’s interesting how quickly time seems to move… and yet how differently it can be experienced.

Lately, I’ve found myself relating to it in a new way.

I thought that by shifting a few plans this year, I would create more spaciousness. Instead, life reorganized itself—as it always does.

And rather than trying to create more space, I found myself exploring something else entirely:

What happens when I stop trying to manage time… and start meeting it differently?

A simple example—

We’re currently in school holidays with the kids. In the past, this period often felt tight. Less space, less time, more to hold. I would naturally move into organizing, structuring, making sure everything ran smoothly.

This time, I didn’t.

There were no big plans—just a simple weekend away. The rest unfolded day by day.

Some days were quiet. Sleeping in. Preparing for the cyclone. Sharing meals. Playing a new Xbox game together.

Nothing particularly remarkable.

And yet, 10 days in, I noticed something I hadn’t experienced before in this context:

I feel rested. Connected. At ease.

The house is a little messy—but in a lived-in, holiday kind of way. And underneath it all, there’s a steady sense of peace.

Not the kind that comes from holding everything together until it’s over… but something more grounded.

It didn’t come from doing things differently.

It came from relating to the moment differently.

And that, it seems, changes everything.

So I’ll leave you with this—

How is your relationship with time these days?

Dear Commander Reader, As I begin sharing Embodied Heart publicly again, I wanted to make sure this invitation reached you personally. After making the difficult decision to postpone it, we took the time to revisit every part of the experience. Embodied Heart is now returning from 30 May to 6 June 2027. It will no longer be presented as a Commander Adventure. Participation will not require previous knowledge of EMC or the Commander Program, allowing us to welcome people from beyond the EMC...

Dear Reader, There’s something strangely exhausting about constantly trying to get somewhere else emotionally. Trying to solve the discomfort.Trying to understand the experience.Trying to move through it faster.Trying to reach the version of ourselves that finally feels at peace. And underneath all that trying, there can be a subtle refusal to fully be in the experience we are already living. A subtle form of non-acceptance quietly slips into the moment. It creates a quiet type of resistance...

Dear Reader, When the noise of the world becomes impossible to avoid and global conflicts feel disheartening and heart wrenching, it can seem difficult—if not impossible—to perceive the deeper current of elevated consciousness that is steadily rising within humanity. And yet… that current is very much alive.Sometimes quiet. Often invisible. But it beats, it pulses, and it is already shaping the world that is to come. In this context, I recently received a channeled message from Earth Mission...
