An invitation to Embodied Heart in Bali

Dear Commander Reader,

As I begin sharing Embodied Heart publicly again, I wanted to make sure this invitation reached you personally.

After making the difficult decision to postpone it, we took the time to revisit every part of the experience. Embodied Heart is now returning from 30 May to 6 June 2027.

It will no longer be presented as a Commander Adventure. Participation will not require previous knowledge of EMC or the Commander Program, allowing us to welcome people from beyond the EMC community.

But the heart from which the Adventure emerged remains the same.

As a Commander, you can still expect the elements and EMC's essence to transpire in every aspect. The inspiration for this adventure is welcoming the invisible as a potent, natural, and valid aspect of reality. It's a great part of the journey to truly inhabit the heart.

It will be a journey of exploration, embodiment and discovery, with space for movement, breath, connection, adventure and the unexpected. Not simply a retreat from everyday life, but an opportunity to meet yourself differently through everything Bali invites us to experience.

Commander Lyne and I will be welcoming a small group of no more than twelve people for seven nights in Bali, moving through two very different environments and allowing the island to become part of the experience itself.

The investment is €5,000 per person, including seven nights of private accommodation in two five-star resorts, all meals, the complete programme, local transportation and airport transfers within the designated arrival and departure windows. Flights are not included.

I don’t know whether Bali, these dates or this particular kind of adventure will speak to you. I simply wanted to place the invitation in your hands and give you the opportunity to discover what Lyne and I are creating.
